North Lakes and Redcliffe are the practical service hubs, with Caboolture serving the north of the region. Bribie Island and the hinterland need providers who will commit to the drive — which is a negotiation, not an assumption.
What is different about Moreton Bay
Distance is the defining factor. It is close to an hour from Redcliffe to Woodford, and providers price and roster accordingly. Supports that look identical on paper can cost very different amounts of your plan depending on how the travel is arranged, so we negotiate travel and shift blocks before anything is signed.
Caboolture and Redcliffe both have hospitals, and discharge timing is where coordination earns its place: supports contracted, rostered and starting on the day someone gets home, not a fortnight after.
The region also has genuine depth in some supports and real gaps in others — allied health around North Lakes is reasonably strong, while overnight and complex behaviour support can be thin north of Caboolture. We say which is which before you make a decision.

Moreton Bay questions
Do you cover Bribie Island and the hinterland?
Yes. Bribie Island, Woodford, Dayboro and the surrounding areas are part of our service area. Both need providers who will genuinely travel, so we build rosters in longer blocks and confirm travel arrangements in writing.
How much of my budget goes to provider travel?
It depends on distance and how the roster is built. Provider travel is claimable within the NDIS price limits, and it is one of the main things we negotiate — grouping visits and choosing closer providers where the quality is equal.
Can you help after a Caboolture or Redcliffe Hospital admission?
Yes. Hospital discharge support at short notice is routine work for us, and the aim is always supports starting the day the participant comes home.
Is North Lakes covered?
Yes — North Lakes, Kallangur, Narangba, Deception Bay and Mango Hill are all within our in-person area, and it is one of the better-served parts of the region for allied health.
