NDIS support coordination in Logan.

NDIS support coordination in Logan covers Beenleigh, Springwood, Woodridge, Marsden, Browns Plains, Loganholme and out to Jimboomba and rural Logan. Logan is one of the most culturally diverse parts of Queensland, so matching workers to language, culture and gender preferences is a real part of the job here — and we arrange interpreters on request. Funded from Capacity Building in your plan, with no out-of-pocket cost.

Logan is close enough to both Brisbane and the Gold Coast that provider choice is genuinely wide — but the right provider is the one who will actually travel to your street, at the hours you need, with a worker you are comfortable with.

What is different about Logan

Cultural and language match matters more here than almost anywhere in the state. A support that is technically correct but culturally wrong does not last, so we ask about language, gender, faith and family preferences at the first meeting and hold providers to them. Interpreters are arranged on request, at no cost to you.

Rural Logan is a separate problem to urban Logan. Jimboomba, Logan Village and the acreage areas are a longer drive for most providers, so rosters need to be built in blocks and travel negotiated up front rather than discovered when the first invoice arrives.

Logan also has strong community and mainstream services sitting alongside funded supports — neighbourhood centres, multicultural organisations, local sport. Connecting those is part of coordination, and it is not something your plan has to pay for.

Logan questions

Can you arrange a worker who speaks my language?

We try, and we are honest when it is difficult. Logan has providers with genuinely multilingual teams, and where a match is not available we arrange an interpreter on request so nothing important gets lost.

Do you travel to rural Logan?

Yes — Jimboomba, Logan Village, Park Ridge and the surrounding acreage areas. Travel there needs planning: longer provider trips, blocks of hours rather than short shifts, and transport funding thought through properly.

Can a family member or provider refer someone in Logan?

Yes. Participants, family members, carers, support workers, hospital staff and other providers can all make a referral. We answer within two business days.

Do you work with Logan Hospital discharges?

Yes. We take hospital discharge referrals at short notice and work to have supports contracted and starting on the day the participant goes home.
